Review Before You Send

AI-Safe Communication for International Teams

A 75-minute practical, trainer-led workshop that helps employees review AI-assisted workplace communication before they send it.

An original product from The English Side | Workplace Communication Lab.

A fluent draft still needs a decision

The draft may sound polished while adding an unconfirmed promise, hiding a condition or missing the audience’s context.

The workshop is for international teams working with AI-assisted workplace messages, and for corporate trainers and learning providers supporting them. Its learning purpose is to practise reviewing a message, identifying what matters and deciding what needs to change.

Five checks before sending

  1. 1

    Facts

Check what is known, what is missing and what the draft claims.

  2. 2

    Context

Consider the purpose, timing and workplace constraints.

  3. 3

    People

Consider the audience, relationships and how the message may be understood.

  4. 4

    Exposure

Notice sensitive information, unintended commitments and potential consequences.

  5. 5

    Decision

Decide what to revise, clarify or confirm before sending.
