When external support can help

A programme needs development capacity

You are preparing a new programme or client launch, and your internal team needs external design and development support.

Preparation is taking over delivery time

Your trainers spend substantial time creating materials and need a coherent set of resources they can confidently work with.

Existing content needs a fresh structure

Materials have become inconsistent or outdated, or need adapting for different roles, sectors or CEFR levels.

What you can commission

These are examples of capability. The combination and depth of work are defined by your brief, rather than fixed packages.

Programme and module design

Course architecture, syllabuses and complete modules for corporate English and workplace learning, shaped around an agreed audience and purpose.

Delivery materials

Lesson decks, PowerPoint materials, workplace scenarios, role plays, and listening or video-based activities that support a coherent learning journey.

Trainer and participant support

Facilitator guides, delivery notes, participant materials and practical job aids designed to make the content usable in the room.

Assessment, adaptation and refresh

Assessments and rubrics, CEFR adaptation, role or sector adaptation, and the review and redesign of existing learning content.

Complete programmes, individual modules, learner decks, trainer guides, participant materials, assessments, scenarios, reading and listening materials: the combination is shaped by your brief.

White-label development can be discussed where appropriate, with responsibilities and usage terms agreed as part of the scope.

How a project works

  1. 1

    Understand the brief and context

Discuss the audience, learning purpose, existing materials and delivery environment. An early idea is a useful starting point.

  2. 2

    Define scope and responsibilities

Agree deliverables, timing, review points and who supplies or approves inputs. Confidentiality, usage and IP terms belong in this agreement.

  3. 3

    Design and develop

Build the learning structure and materials around the agreed brief, with attention to language, workplace realism and visual quality.

  4. 4

    Review against the agreed scope

Check the work and incorporate the agreed review rounds, keeping feedback and decisions tied to the brief.

  5. 5

    Deliver the final files

Supply the agreed formats and supporting guidance so the materials can be put to use.

Quality is part of the design

A coherent learning journey

Objectives, activities and assessment should work together. Adult learners need a clear purpose and meaningful opportunities to practise.

Relevant to the workplace

Scenarios, tasks and language are considered against the intended roles, communication context and appropriate CEFR level.

Usable by trainers

Clear sequencing, instructions and facilitator guidance support delivery. Visual consistency helps trainers and participants find what they need.

Reviewed with care

QA and human review cover facts, language, task logic, visual consistency and final files, with confidentiality and intellectual property considered throughout.
